Week 7 nothing in the tank
My legs are heavy all the way through the run which is making me want to
quit
. I'm stretching afterwards and I've tried
drinking
a glass of water half an hour before but it just makes me need a wee mid run despite going before I go. Has anyone got any tips to help?

Diagnosing fibromyalgia
This condition appeared after I
quit
drinking
( I am a recovering alcoholic). Doctor, and I've seen many both privately and nhs have never mentioned fibromyalgia until a couple of weeks ago which surprises me.

I asked him to
quit
drinking
simply cause one night he got so drunk and he almost lost it and made me feel very bad( he punched a hole in the wall) So he said that he would stop drinking.

Stressing over health insurance
Hi, I
quit
drinking
one year ago. It was and still is a struggle. My stress level is very high because through no fault of my own, Blue Cross screwed up my insurance, and I might be a year without insurance. I really want to go get a 12 pack and a fifth and drink myself into a coma.

I don’t know what to do anymore
My mom didn’t do anything, she kept
drinking
and sitting on the couch, and
quit
her job for NO REASON. She said she wanted to be a “stay at home mom” but she didn’t do anything. My parents also didn’t hesitate to start fighting again. Several times a day.

I’ll try to keep busy but I feel depleted of energy as I worked hard all day. Hmmmm I looked through a lot of my old art and I think the bringing up of the past has caused this hunger to drink. Has my ascites gone for good?
I was put on Spiro and took it for a couple months,
quit
drinking
and the ascites went away. By May, I stopped taking the Spiro and all other meds, started going to the gym and living sober. It is going on a year now and its like it has miraculously disappeared!

Reason I ask is that my initial GGT was 400 but when I
quit
drinking
it went down to 70ish for 3 years and now it's gone up to 128. Other bloods were "off" as well and prompted my Dr to order an MRI Dr asked if I was drinking again and that's a definate no!

33 with symptoms.
Hi, I’m 33 and have recently
quit
drinking
. Since I’ve had irregular bowel movements and a lot off abdominal pain. I was a heavy drinker for about three years, and was finding diarrhoea normal. Some days I would have normal size good stools.

IBS or Liver?
I’ve
quit
drinking
and done everything I can to eat better and get some mild cardio in. At the beginning of my diagnosis in May while I was still drinking and eating bad my enzymes were fine like they have always been. AST=17, ALT=17, AP = 70, bilirubin total= 1.6 ( only one that’s ever high).
