45 Any hope?
Hi, I'm new here and wondered if anyone could give me any words of comfort/wisdom. After a long time I've found someone special and would like to start a family. I'm 45yrs jst had all the tests and seems I have a FSH of 15 then 17.9, and raised prolactin 955. Everything else seems ok, tubes and no PCOS

Finally taken seriously!
So I managed to get an appointment back at my Doctor's surgery to discuss my latest blood test results and what to do from there and I was totally dreading it! Last time I saw a male doctor who was totally patronising to me and basically told me to get off my bottom and exercise more and that I would

Feeling warm , occasional sugar cravings, not fulling full after meals - do you have these symptoms and have an underactive thyroid ?
At present, I am trying to get diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, I have ticked off over 40 symptoms on the Thyroid UK checklist. I have had TSH fasting blood tests done and the result was 3.4. I have also had other blood tests done to check if I was either peri menopausal or menopausal which came

Blood tests back!
So my next blood tests to try & get diagnosed were done to rule out that I'm peri menopausal I guess as my FSH/LH bloods were done ( or even menopausal) but apparently they came back normal so I assume that means I'm not! Prolactin also came back normal and I know increased levels are linked to thyroid

Normal B12 levels but low ferritin.
My health has really deteriorated over the last 2 years and I've seen many GP's and consultants and been through a range of possible diagnoses such as PCOS/pituitary tumour. Two years ago I started suffering with severe headaches, this was when i noticed the start of my health deteriorating, since

Thoughts on my blood tests
Hi everyone, I have posted recently - I am currently undiagnosed, but due to a doctor who is unsympathetic, I am paying to see a Cons Endo recommended on here in a few weeks. My main issues: severe migratory pain, fatigue, feeling cold, poor memory and lack of ability to co-ordinate my thoughts.

B12d, FM, VitD or all three???
I am finding it impossible to figure out what is going on inside me. :-( I had blood test results in November 14 showing that my B12 level was at 1509 in ref range of 191 - 663. This was 2 weeks after a 3 x monthly B12 injection. At the same time my intrinsic factor was tested and found to be normal
