Ashermans syndrome, endometrium 2.5mm, poor responder, trying ICSI one last time for surrogacy
Hi everyone, I’ve started a short protocol this week 450 Ovaleap to combine with Menopur from day 8 to try and get a blastocyst to freeze for potential surrogacy After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange

Prolactin
Hi everyone, So I haven’t had a period for 3 months, had a scan and hormone blood test on Monday- all ok but my prolactin is raised? I’m feeling incredibly anxious as the gynaecologist said something about this hormone being in your brain and something about a tumour - I was so anxious I don’t think

Blood Test results - interpretation please
Hi all Ive just had female hormone panel done - am I reading this wrong or are my oestrogen levels off the scale? I am perimenopausal but currently using Utrogestan and supplementing with Menofriend which contains phytoestrogens? It has me really concerned. Thanks in advance Proteins SHBG 51 nmol

T3 is linked to stress-associated reduction of prolactin in lactating women
Seemingly on cue as yet another T3 issue! One that would appear to have passed by the endocrinologists and obstetricians for all these years… [i]J Neuroendocrinol. 2021 Jun 17;e13003. doi: 10.1111/jne.13003. Online ahead of print.

Can I get opinions on thyroid results please?
Hi all, I just wondered what people think about my thyroid results and whether I should actually be on thyroxine? Although I did have a trial of it a few years back and it made me feel very anxious! I have been told by the private endocrinologist that I have got autoimmune thyroiditis based on antibodies

ER visit again that I tried to get out of, oxygen levels dropped after seziure so I was tricked into going(I work for the hospital).
So on Thursday I ended up in the ER because the police lights made me have a seziure while I was trying to work. I have been having issues with my prolactin level being elevated ever since my diagnosis (9/3/20) and my labs this year ( May 2021) too. So the ER doctor told me that sometimes after having

Tsh surpressed by Other medication.
Hello. I wonder if I could get some advice about my husbands thyroid? He takes a drug called Roprinole. It’s is noted that it surpresses the pituitary regarding Prolactin and he now has none. However his TSH is 0.9 (0.27 - 4.2) but his FT4 is 12.6 (12-24) and his ft3 4.8 (3.2 - 6.8). So I am assuming

Good news, but what next??
I really appreciate referring to the folks on this site! It’s a Godsend. Diagnosed 1.5 years ago with G9, Mets to pelvic bone and bladder neck invasion, nodes clear. PSA at diagnosis was 3.45. Have been on Cabergoline for 10 years due to a pituitary prolactinoma which had my Prolactin levels at 750😳

I know some guys here are taking cabergoline to lower prolactin. What dose do you use? Have you noticed any side-effects?

Bad fertilisation
So that’s it.. round 3 done! In my 3 cycles, with 35 eggs retrieved, I’ve only ever had 1 fertilise.. and even that didn’t make it to blastocyst stage and ended up with me doing a 2 day transfer and BFN. I don’t really know where to go from here... or what to do... has anyone had a similar experience
