Hi Elvera - or is it Maria? Confusing! lol Welcome to the group.

When you say 'borderline thyroid', what exactly do you mean? Do you have your lab results? (With ranges.) If you post them, it will give people a better idea of exactly where you are.

0.80 range of 0.4 - 4.00. cheers

OK, so that was the TSH. But that looks perfect. Why do you say you're 'borderline thyroid'? Is that the only test you had? I'm afraid it doesn't tell you very much.

Hi Elvera, I also have severe adrenal fatigue,my DHEA was 6...range is 3.4 to 33..even though I was within range my Endo said that it was very low for my age,almost 50.Should be above 15/16 at my age.Also low morning cortisol.He figured they both linked to my resulting thyroid problem,Reverse T3.I am being treated with T3 for thyroid and DHEA tablets for adrenal exhaustion,a year later I can say I am definitely improving.A lot of lifestyle changes to make with adrenal exhaustion.But am finally getting places.Change of diet also helps adrenal glands.Hope this is helpful in some way.x
