Michelle, the thyroid tests you need are TSH, FT4 and FT3. Recommended vitamin and mineral tests are ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate.
Your TSH and FT4 a month ago don't indicate problems which would make conception difficult.
High prolactin can prevent ovulation so it may be worth testing.
