New law on driving having taken certain drugs

It does NOT apply to any thyroid hormone medicines. Below I have pasted the entire

Seriously fed up
Just around Christmas the fatigue started big time. Thought it was just the stress of the festive season. Oh no.. January 7th both sides of back went into what I though was spasm. I have been in intense pain since despite Diazepam 5mg 3 times daily and latterly Morphine sulphate 2.5 ml. The Morphine

Sleep deprivation!
Morning everyone. Just wondering how other loved ones with PSP sleep during the night... I care for my mum and the sleep issue is the one I really struggle with. Mum has been up 6/7 times during the night on and off for the last few days/weeks. We realised she had a UTI last week so she had a course

SNOW
So there we were Boxing Day vising the In laws as you do, phone app said there might be snow, phone app had warnings there might be snow. Tv news said snow so we had to say our goodbyes and race home (in the car) and get the little bunnies all snuggled up with their special snugglesafes (microwave heat

Anxiety building
I have suffered badly with anxiety over the past 6 years but thought that I had it under control. Pregabalin, Quitiapine, Trazadone, Diazepam and now Sertraline all help. I also use mindfulness which helps keep things under control but over Christmas I have been struggling. I lost my brother-in-law
