Helo, can anyone advise me on the way forward. I have a degeneration disc at L5S1 which herniated massively. I was having severe lower back pain and some nerve pain in the right leg. I had a discectomy surgery in 2016. After the surgery, my back pain got worse and i started having bilateral tingling

cardiac stress perfusion MRI
Back in November I had a stent fitted as had angina attack out the blue and my RV was almost completely blocked. Since then I’ve still suffered with angina attacks. My consultant has put me on nicorandil which after fighting the side effects practically cured my angina. I’ve just today had a cardiac

went off Xgeva for a year, have to go back on it. Ideas or tips helpful
Hi, the short version is I’ve been dealing w stage 4 MBC since 2019/ 2020 with mets to the bones since 2020, including a thoracic spinal fracture which led to a spinal fusion. I was put on Xgeva for a couple of years and later read on Xgeva’s website that being on it long term is likely to increase

last year.

Perfusion Scan
Had an appoinment today with my favourite doctor, and longstanding Cardiologist. Appointment went well, he seems happy enough with my progress with the HF Team. Next stage to be something new to me after all these years. A Perfusion Scan - based on how my EF comes out will decide if (a) my Pacemaker

I have had CLL for about four years. I am currently on active surveillance and treatment naive. I had a spinal fusion on July 17 for L4-5 due to Spondylolisthesis. I feel like I’m recovering as well as I can expect from the surgery. My hemoglobin dropped to 10 post surgery so I have been very tired but

Ablation for atrial flutter?
They now think I’d had pneumonia with “
pleural
effusion
” which I now seem to be just about over. The decision for an urgent ablation was made when they hadn’t been able to get my HR down.
