We are really heavy fruit eaters, we also enjoy vegetables, with a moderate amount of meat and bread. We have fruit with most meals. Try Blueberries they are good for you. We had them with tonight with some banana and Lemon Curd Yogurt, very nice. We also mix oats with rasins and some dried Apricots, we mix and match sometimes we mix the oats with various types of nuts. Give it a try

You sound just like my daughter 😢 some advice that helps her at times is brushing her teeth or chewing strong mint gum when she wakes up. Also being gentle with herself (or at least that's why I try to encourage) and reframe breakfast a bit; wait until you've properly woken up before you eat, or eat something you really like even if it's not the healthiest (at one point chocolate chip brioche was a favourite or hers) or typical breakfast food, like a picky plate of something, or even last night's pizza it that's your thing 😉 just don't stop eating altogether because that is a slippery slope. Well done for reaching out here! If you feel like you struggle to get on top of this perhaps ask a trusted person in your life, or call your GP for advice? Hugs 🤗
You poor thing, sounds awful.the nausea is horrible, no doubt caused by your anxiety .To remove your anxiety some say prescription medication is effective for them but a lot of people do jot want to take medication,
A good thing is to learn a simple relaxation technique such as abdominal breathing which can completely remove any panic fir some, its certainly good for you,
Lastly I can recommend psychotherapy, I don't know how it works but it's like a child, give them a toy and they will be quiet!
So those are my 3 approaches you may consider working for you,
I have this anxiety that makes it hard to want to eat and swallow when I’m stressed and overwhelmed so I understand the desire being there and wanting to not lose weight but not being able to regulate myself to that point. I am working on breathing techniques and mindfully having my water or food and not desperately consuming it as a have to feel. I wish you well and I was very low weight and iron levels would drop and my energy and confusion would make things harder. Best wishes to you that it gets easier.
