Did anyone suffer from separation anxiety as a child?
I did until about age 10. Then 8 years later I developed GAD and MDD. I wonder if having separation anxiety as a child increases your chance of developing an anxiety disorder and or depression as an adult?

Should I try Celexa again?
I've been on Celexa since 2009. Depression started to effect me at work. Would feel like crying for no reason at all and couldn't control it. My dr and I thought it had to do with my age and changes my body was going thru. I realized I had mild depression for long time before that. The Celexa was

Bad experience with Medichecks blood test
Several months after having Covis-19 I was still having some problems so got a blood test kit from Medichecks . I could not get enough blood from my fingers to fill the small vial supplied. This was not Medicheck's fault, but they suggested a nearby phlebotomist to make the blood draw at a cost of

I went for my scan today - Day 14 and after the last cycle getting cancelled I was really nervous. The only change they made from the last protocol (3x2mg prognova) was adding in a patch. Anx & Panic
Had a mild case of COVID about a month ago, but the anxiety from it and still super bad. Like I started a new job and had a panic attack right in front of everybody. It was embarrassing. Still feeling like crap, but just writing because I know there’s others who just need verification that it’s ok to

Taking Citalapram and Mirtazapine in combination
Hello, I have taken Citalapram for 15 years. Started on 10mg for 10 years and then 20 mg after some breakthrough anxiety 5 years ago. This November, 2020, I started having sleep anxiety and then generalized anxiety throughout the day. I was exhausted and becoming depressed. My GP started me on 30 mg

FET transfer tomorrow, one embryo or two? Help please xxx
Hello, I’m hopefully having a FET transfer tomorrow. I transferred a single embryo two times before, but was unsuccessful. My doctor is recommending transferring two together this time (my last two). But I’m a little nervous of a twin pregnancy (I know that’s very optimistic, I’m likely to have BFN

Checking in and recovered
It's been a couple of years I think since I came to this site in search of help. I remember looking for posts about people who had recovered but not seeing much. I thought I would come back to let everyone know that recovery is out there. For years, I had horrible panic attacks that left me on 5 medications

Living with Anxiety
I've done therapy, and it was alright, I feel I didn't go as long as I could have because of the cost. I've done guided, meditation, music therapy, exercise, etc. And they work for a while, they distract me for the time being, but when they're over it only takes the smallest thing to set my anxiety off
