Facial nerve pain
So my right side of my scalp and right top half of my face are in agony with nerve. All I can get to work is a tens machine, I'm already on lots of meds. I'm wondering what treatment options others have been given and what consultants and clinics you've attended? Any advice welcome! I'm on the usual

Shingles vaccine
Hi, my wife has recently been diagnosed with CLL fortunately at 0 stage at present. I have reached a landmark age (70) triggering an invite for a Shingles vaccination which I am believe is a live vaccine and if I have a reaction this could be a potential danger to someone with a compromised immune system

Back Pain
Following a car accident I had 4 crushed vertibrae in my lumber area and 6 broken ribs. 20 years on, arthritis and muscle pain regularly return after exercise. Would a TENS machine be helpful? what are your experiences please?

I'm being paranoid but need to ask!
So I'm just about to order my Adrenavive and Metavive as recommended by Dr P and I'm a bit worried about transmission of diseases from the glandulars. The Metavive he has recommended is Porcine and it says it is from UK pigs but the Adrenavive is Bovine and states is comes from cows from NZ or Argentina

THE EYES HAVE IT
Went to the opthamologist for my year checkup, and found out that the MonSter has done some damage to my optic nerve since last year, but thank goodness it was negligible. So, he gave me a new script for glasses and off we go for another year. I also found a marvelous pain doctor who won't just throw

TENS Machines
Hello there, I'm thinking about getting a TENS machine to help with the pain - I generally get abdomen and back pain most days and looking for something that may help. Does anyone have any recommendations for a particular machine? I don't know where to start! Thanks in advance, Vicky

Herniated disc L4L5
Hello everyone, I am Tyler and I'm 27 years old. I was injured (my back) in April of this year (2017). I got a MRI done and discovered that I have a herniated disc in my L4L5 along with a annular tear. I've seen two specialists and one (the company doctor) suggest that I get epidural shots and do physical

Any answers on treating and diagnosing burning foot pain
Chronic burning, pins and needles in both feet 24/7 for the last 4 years? The Dr's just shrug it off, I can't! Gabapentin, CBD oil or THC does not touch the pain, the hospital injected me once with Hydromorphone and I could still feel the pain. I have heavy metal toxicity and Lyme disease and cannot

My ways of coping, or not, with RLS
I've had this horrible thing for about 40 years, but it has got far worse in the last 10 years. I take 1.25 of Ropinrole at night, which is a lifesaver! I would say I have 5 strengths of RLS. 1. Mild. I just get uncomfortable sitting from 3pm onwards and then I will sleep OK. 2. Not good. My legs jump

RA vs The Krypton Factor
Most people will be aware of the game show that started in the 1970’s, called The Krypton Factor, or at least those of a ‘certain age’ will. It was a programme aired on Granada TV which was affectionately named after Krypton the fictional home planet of Superman. As you might imagine, with a name derived

Back locked out . . . again
I'm at my wits end . . . I've lived & suffered with chronic low back pain for quite a few years. I'm prescribed buprenorphine, methocarbamol, naproxen and pregabalin, which affords me a mild degree of pain relief on good days, but every now and again, I turn or sneeze or do something really quite normal
