Shingles Vaccine
My Rheumatologist has recommended that I get a shingles vaccination before starting biologics. Anyone else under 50 and received vaccine? Any adverse events? I’ve read mixed reviews since no studies have been conducted on safety of vaccine in patients with autoimmune disease. I am getting it tomorrow

Query re: Occipital nerve block (GONI)
I normally receive Occipital nerve block injection on the right side every 3 months for my migraines but since my last one I have started on Warfarin. At my last visit the injection was performed by a nurse who I have never seen before and I mentioned that I might be switching from clopidegrel to warfarin

It will be weeks before the after treatment appointment so has anyone any advice concerning the correct exercises

My pelvic pain synopsis
So I am a fellow pelvic pain sufferer and after huge amounts of research and trying things and a multitude of discussions with people,I think I am seeing the light somewhat.I myself am a Certified mind/body/lifecoach,which I decided to do because I think so many of us are disconnected from the damage

Suspected Endometriosis - Can anyone relate?
Hi There, Sorry for the long post - This is my Journey I've always struggled with my period, however for the past year I've been having unbearable pains, but speaking to my doctors they advised it was normal and due to the conception I was on. In March 2019 I had my implant because the pain was too

No help with pain
Why aren’t instructions on any pulsating implements prepared to tell prospective buyers that they are not suitable for any one with a pacemaker or any device connecting to the heart problems. I had to have a test done for my tens machine before I was allowed to use it there was a great big “BUT” with

If I could go back 🤔 ..to when??.. omg I can't really remember when 😳..Dr's ask...how you feeling??...my reply..." I'm ok'..when really...you wouldn't believe me even if if I told you 😕.. Only a true Fibromyalgia patient would really understand the pain we go through...I admit I do get good moments

Shingles with your CTD anyone?
Hi all, It's been ages since I've been able to post. Life seemed to get hit with a bomb. Things are still not right yet, but I'm finding ways to pull focus back from only the terrible. But the second you start to get the balance (or think you do), another hit happens. This time -- Shingles! I was

I still had significant pain in my right side so was referred to a gastroenterologist who did and MRI and then a (very painful) colonoscopy. The gynaecologist
