Following a car accident I had 4 crushed vertibrae in my lumber area and 6 broken ribs.
20 years on, arthritis and muscle pain regularly return after exercise. Would a TENS machine be helpful?

They aren't mentioned much these days - maybe cos the old days of being issued with one are long gone You have to buy them now.
