Help and Opinions on Prolia for Osteoporosis
After breaking 3 ribs for no reason and my bone density much worse, the rheumatologist, endocrinologist and GP felt Prolia may be the next step. There is no way to know what caused the ribs to break. I have taken Actonel, Boniva, Forteo and Fosamax already. I really did not want to consider this because

Night sweats (and day sweats)
Morning! Just a quick question. I’ve noticed since I’ve been on methotrexate (4 weeks) I absolutely cannot tolerate heat whatsoever. Having been a sun worshipper all my life this is really strange to me. Shopping with a mask on in what I would usually call moderate temperatures like we’ve had is unbearable

New blood test after speaking to a doctor about stomach problem.
Any help understand these blood works please. Would be helpful. I’d spoke to GP on Monday and she said she run blood test, and go for a scan as well to see what’s going on. Blood test came back the same day. (But used to this by now) but would be interested to know what is going on. Thanks for any

Hysterectomies??
Hi all I’ve suffered with endometriosis now for over 10 years now and quite frankly I’m just sick of it. Exhausted. Drained and I’be just had enough. It’s stage 4, and very active. The more laparoscopies they do, the worse it seems to get. Now I know a lot of people feel the same, of course they do

wiped out after second pfizer jab
Ten days after my second pfizer jab i went dowhill rather quickly. Exhaustion, stiffness and pain in lower back, buttocks and groin. I have been getting flares regularly over the last year, this seems to be much worse. I've gone up to 21mgs deflazacort which doesn't seem to do much. I'm left pretty

Tinnitus on both ears with different noises?
Hi all, I wonder if anyone else has a tinnitus that comes and goes in one ear, giving a vibrating noise, almost as if the ear is fluttering/contracting? Mine is very inconsistent and when it comes, I’m completely dependent on brown noise sound machines to cope with it. The right ear gives a soft ringing

Hearing aid relief
As a long time tinnitus sufferer from age 30 to 72 and always on forums etc, searching for relief from the constant buzzing especially at bed time I have finally found the answer. The constant buzzing has made my left ear completely deaf but have always resisted hearing aids to help, having my ears cleaned

GOOD NEWS Hearing Aids helping my tinnitus
Hi everyone, I'm glad to report after 20+ years of suffering from tinnitus I am having relief from it when I use my new hearing aids. I got them on Monday and they are custom tuned so that I receive the higher frequency range because my hearing was damaged due to House music DJing for years. I can hear

New here! How normal is this?
I was diagnosed with a bacterial middle ear infection after I started getting persistent ear ringing for a few days. This was diagnosed over the phone by an ENT doctor so it's possible that I didn't actually have the infection. I was prescribed amoxicillin. Is it normal for the ringing to persist even
