Hi has anyone done a straight swap from paroxetine to duloxetine, I've been on paroxetine for 25 years, and when I've tried coming off I've had terrible withdrawal, so am scared of swapping, not that paroxetine does anything for me anymore

I did a straight swap from Pregabalin to gabapentin with no bother at all if that helps

Hi I hope your swap goes well, I'm in the process of changing from gabapentin to pregabalin and I'm really scared. I wish I knew what would be the best dosage to swap, I'm down to 400mg three times a day, again I wish you all the best for the crossover, take care gentle hugs Rosie ❤️❤️
