Tired of pain

I habe been suffering from pain for a few years now. Joints, back, hips, legs and neck. Recently I hurt myself at work (6 months now). My left shoulder popped and my right bicep hurt but didn't noticed it right away like I did my shoulder. WC decided they would take care of my left shoulder but not my right bicep. Well I got therapy done on L shoulder and it still pops from time to time and it does hurt when it does that. I've been trying to fight WC on my bicep but the woman there said we did a claim on your shoulder 3 years ago. I told her it wasn't my elbow but my right bicep. But they still turned me down. Well over a week ago I had an MRI done (paid for it myself) and found out I had torn my bicep muscle. So after week since I turned that report into WC they then said they would take care of it. So seen doctor and wanted therapy done. WC denied it!! Why?? They won't talk to me now. So I have no guidance of what to do. They said they would pay for the past and future visits. I have the email that says that. I'm in so much pain with it to go along with the other pain I suffer from. I wish a WC person would come to my doctor's visit and not just read the report. They'll see how bad I am. I guess I'm just venting because it doesn't solve my pain issues. I can't take ibu or Aleve because of stomach issues. Anybody have any help for me as what to do or take? I'm in the UK so I know nothing about WC (workers compensation?), but I'm sorry you're having such a terrible time and I very much hope it gets better soon.

(WC seems like a terrible system, SO glad we have the NHS here!)

This is the second time in 3 years I've had problems with workman's compensation. It might be Just this company as others have had problems with them. Companies pay them good money to deal with people. I asked the person I've dealt with if they were versed in health. They said no just read the report and make a decision based on that. Hmmm🤔🤔🤔
