Firstly, to all of my American Sisters and Brothers Happy Independence day 4 July.

to my British Sisters and Brothers, we had an empire, not a great loss in those days, a colony, whatever.

To my newly Diagnosed Sisters and Brothers (newbies) Keep your eyes open. I understand that "YOU" are scared, we all were, maybe some still are. There is no cure for ms(multiple sclerosis), "YOU" will not find one. ANYWHERE, look hard to prove me wrong, but sadly "YOU" will not.

Accept what has happened and allow your life to change. Your non-acceptance will not change the disease, it will just make your life harder and hurt "YOU" in the long run. Relapsing-Remitting ms(RRms) is a part of your life now. How much is up to "YOU", fight against your RRms by constantly adapting to it. Thwart its every move to mould "YOU" into its version of pitiable\

oh so true and it is good to accept it makes it easier to keep on going ..it is still a great life for we pick what and where we go and still have fun and of course we will have our crying parties but we do go on and live a wonderful life ...thank you and you have a great 4 th of July and be safe and realize what others have fought for all of us to have the wonderful freedom that we do enjoy ...thank you all for keeping us safe .....love and much happiness to all ...
