Hi weny. So sorry to hear of your troubles. I have suspected AC in my right ear but still awaiting ENT/Mri scan to confirm. The T in this ear is louder than in my other ear due to lack of natural sound. So I know how you feel. I think the same principles apply with or without hearing loss -although sound therapy is not very useful. Acceptance, relaxation and possibly CBT. Can I ask .. How deaf are you? I'm mild - profound in my problem ear.

So sorry. Tinnitus is a trial. The BTA have some relaxation tips without the use of sound - which you may like to take a look at some time. All the best.
