What I need to know is how fast do you go from grade 1 to grade 4. What can you take to slow things down, how long can you live with this disease, what are the symptoms, my ef is 63% is that good or bad? I have high anxiety and don't know where to turn to. Sorry to bother you good people, just trying to get a reasonable answer.

I think that you may find more help and support on the British Heart Foundation forum of healthunlocked. This forum is for those with lung conditions and although many of us live with heart issues, we are not so experienced as those on BHF at living with them. I hope that you do get some answers.
