I had annual leave last week so I decided to SI daily hydroxocobalamin alongside taking a sublingual Cyano, 400mcg folic acid, magnesium, calcium, B Complex and an electrolyte drink (9 days in a row) and then after 2 days break I SI Cyano for the first time....
I am now a bag of nerves, forgetting thoughts from 5 minutes prior and feeling hyper/spaced out - this is too much to deal with...🤯
I’ve decided to lay off everything for 6 weeks as it can’t be normal to go downhill so quickly following treatment
Has anyone any experiences similar to this?

Your stomach must be going haywire !One thing not to do is panick, throw all the vitamins at it and hope for the best. Sometimes less is better.
I do sympathise with you, at one time I made the same mistake. If only one can get around the fact it takes time to find out what is needed. For me personally b complex made me anxious and that was just one tablet.
I found that taking one step at the time, for instance keeping a diary. Write down what you eat, how you feel.
This way I have cut out many foods that have disagreed with me. I felt awful after taking multi vitamin, so I stopped that at once. If you throw three of four vitamins
Into your body at once you will not know which is causing you to feel I'll.
Sorry I haven't been much help, but I do understand what your going through.
Surprisingly it’s affecting the nervous system more than my stomach (so far)...
I’ve heightened senses (sensitivity to sound and touch), my mind is going at a million miles an hour as if I’ve had 1,000 espressos in one shot and I can’t think, concentrate or remember things that I was about to do - all this has come on in the past few days...
I’m cutting everything out, going back to basics of diet and awaiting my next GP injection in 6 weeks cos my B12 levels will be in the thousands...
I agree with you, it's funny noise was one thing that affected me. My partner always had the radio going even if he wasn't listening to it. I was glad at times when he went out and I could have some peace and quiet, other times when I was really poorly the reassurance of him being there was enough.
Best to not dwell on things and keep occupied.
Take one day at a time and dont beat your self up at not being able to do things you once could do.
How often did you have the Hydroxocobalamin previously? I’m down to 6 days apart and sometimes less. I can be too late and crash with not an ounce of energy left, and then it takes me two days to pick up. It’s such a delicate balancing machine!
