Ear Pain
I have had T in both ears for over 30 years. Recently I have experienced a big increase in volume of T in the left ear also my ear is painful inside (worse upon wakening) gp has said there is nothing wrong with my ear. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on?

What can you take to slow things down, how long can you live with this disease, what are the symptoms, my ef is 63% is that good or bad? I have high anxiety and don't know where to turn to. Sorry to bother you good people, just trying

recent diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction heart failure.
I am 78years old, recent diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction heart failure. Have any of you had the same diagnoses, what are you doing for it, and how long does it take to move from grade 1 to 4. Anxiety lever very high, and would appreciate any ideas from you. Thank you.

Mental Health Resources
I hope that it’s alright, I would like to give you free online resources that helped me with mental health. I would like to help as many people as I can and there’s so many people who struggle with mental health. It’s a serious issue and I think people should have more access to resources, especially

Uncertainty over A&E advice
had a viral Covid vector vaccine recently & six days in, I started with unrelenting head pain & temporary vision loss, so I contacted my GP & he flagged GCA. I then had inflammatory marker bloods & ct scan ( for clots) at A&E. I was handed nurofen and solpadeine then discharged without follow up.

While I normally attach study links to my posts with a basic explanation and possibly a quote or two from the study, I have made a decision not to do that in this particular post in order to try and make the post a bit shorter, in the hope that more members will read it as I feel this is potentially

Help and Opinions on Prolia for Osteoporosis
After breaking 3 ribs for no reason and my bone density much worse, the rheumatologist, endocrinologist and GP felt Prolia may be the next step. There is no way to know what caused the ribs to break. I have taken Actonel, Boniva, Forteo and Fosamax already. I really did not want to consider this because

Unnumbered post Keep your eyes open and think 4 Jul 2021
Firstly, to all of my American Sisters and Brothers Happy Independence day 4 July. to my British Sisters and Brothers, we had an empire, not a great loss in those days, a colony, whatever. To my newly Diagnosed Sisters and Brothers (newbies) Keep your eyes open. I understand that "YOU" are scared

Night sweats (and day sweats)
Morning! Just a quick question. I’ve noticed since I’ve been on methotrexate (4 weeks) I absolutely cannot tolerate heat whatsoever. Having been a sun worshipper all my life this is really strange to me. Shopping with a mask on in what I would usually call moderate temperatures like we’ve had is unbearable
