My limbs keep falling asleep?!
Hello everyone, hope you are all having a lovely morning (: So, here's the thing... For the past nights, my limbs, especially my left arm and both legs, have been falling asleep. I often correct my sleeping position, so there shouldn't really be so much tingling and pain (I think). My boyfriend finds

Sorry, this might be a bit long winded. I've been on 2 1/2 grains of NDT for +- 6 weeks, after following the process in STTM. I've just received new test results after increasing by 1/2 grain from the last time I posted. To be hones I feel a bit lost. From what I can see I could do with a slight

Supplements
I think I have missed over the years, many of the vitamins and supplements that people have taken that have more than anecdotal evidence. Some, via the internet, seems confusing to me. I have upped my exercise to include 3 days a week weightlifting and 6 days a week cardio. I want to improve muscle

New with Questions
Hi, Very glad to have found this site. I am in Australia, female and 55. I was admitted to hospital about 18 months ago for over 2 weeks with a severe one sided headache, noise and light sensitivity. After lots of tests scans, mri, blood and whatever else I was released with an undiagnosed headache.

Blood test results
Hi All, These are results of my latest bloods. The GP I saw was very understanding when I told him I was self medicating with T3 and he said he is happy for me to continue monitoring this and he will do bloods. He did suggest I might like to try T3 only as my TSH is out of range. I had a thyriodectomy

When to take supplements... so confused.
So I'm more baffled than ever when to take supplements because of other pills I'm taking. Here we go... Before breakfast: Thyroxine, omeprazole and folic acid. With breakfast: diclofenic & paracetamol, sulphasalazine, omega 3 fish oil, MSM, glucosamine and turmeric. Evening meal: hydrochloroquine,

There is no one food or supplement that has been scientifically proven to improve immunity, there are certain foods and health practices that can give you a natural boost. A diet rich in whole foods that provides you with an abundance of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and dietary fiber will keep

Thick nasal mucus in the mornings
For several months, i consume blackmores wholefood multivitamin, magnesium (my tremors become better but it isn't my interested topic), vitamin d3, omega 3, garlic, and drink green tea. I even stopped having added sugar, cheese and milk at all. I was happy this week after I've found out that I'm not

Extreme Diets.
I define an extreme diet as one that flirts with deficiency of one or more essential nutrients. Sure, one can always take a pill to counter deficiency, but that would detract from the idea of an ideal diet meeting all of the needs of the body. Is there a place for an extreme diet when cancer is present
