I was really got scared of my LFT reports

Finally I visited Hepatoloegist

He advised two cut down in fatty foods

Prescribed omega-3

I m relived now

By all means cut down on fatty foods if you're overweight but it's tha carbs from sugar or alcohol that do the most damage-cut down on those if you can

I find it impossible to drink tea or coffee without sugar! God knows I've tried

Use Stevia in your coffee, its natural, not that refined crap. Diabetics use it...
