Have you been following the blood type post by Jeeves? What is your Rhesus factor? I cannot find any research about this.

PD patients have high levels of iron deposits in the brain. I avoid spinach....although I love it!

I didn't know that.

I think you'd be ok though as it's not easy for your body to extract the iron from spinach. It's a tiny amount compared to meat.

I wonder tho if my PD came from the iron infusions I had around the same time I developed my first symptoms.

Look up on the internet. I know at autopsy, they have found high iron levels the brains of PwPD. I only eat fish 1-2 times a week. No meat otherwise.
