Help with blood test results

Can you please help. I have Hashi for last 25 years. On 125 mcg thyroxine and feeling rubbish. I take 10mg amitriptiline for arthritis

And TMD. But always at end of day so not to effect thyroxine .

I'm Very tired and dry skin etc. Have bad night sweats and aching joints prob due to arthritis. I normally take Vit d, selenium, omega 3, b12 and few others but been off all suppliements for 6 + weeks to get a good reading .

I think my doc will try and reduce my thyroxine as was told in past I was toxic at this level.

Am waiting to get appt to see doc later this week. He only tested TSH and refused anything else so the results below are from Blue Horizon.

Vit b12 - 417 (197-771)

Foliate - 7.5 (>2.9)

Ferritin - 72 (13-150)

TSH - 0.10. This was flagged as too low (0.27-4.2)

T4 - 102 (59-154)

FThyroxine - 17.6 (12.0-22.0)

Free T3 - 3.8 (3.1-6.8)

Vit D - 82 (50-200)

TA - 26.3 (0-115)

TPA - 44.0 (0-34)

C reactive protein - 9.2. (<5.0)

I have edited the post - my doc was so unhelpful I decided to do the blue horizon test. My gp's test hasn't come through yet but it was done less than a week before the blue horizon (posted) results so T4 and TSH should be same
