How to manage MDD and get out of Survival Mode?
I deal with MDD, and other stuff, but MDD is the main thing I am solving right now. I am trying to get out of survival mode. Like a ton of other people I lost my job due to COVID. I will be financially okay for a few months, maybe more with unemployment. I do not like where I live and feel unsafe. I

Anyone ever took these injections before and if so how did you do with them? Did they help? I just got put on them after I had a video appt with my RA doctor. My sed rate is very high and he also had previously put me on imuran. So just wondering how things went for any of you that may have taken it

Should I switch from Levothyroxine to NDT?
Hi. I have hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's) and have been taking Levothyroxine for one year and 3 months. My dose is 50 mcg for 5 days per week and 75 mcg twice a week. I seem to be very sensitive to Levothyroxine. I lose a lot - and I mean A LOT - of hair when I am taking even 25 mcg a week more than

I’m 37 had 6 failed IUIs in 2019 and was about to start round 1 of IVF when lockdown kicked in. I have underactive thyroid so take thyroxine & I have low ovarian reserve

Have any of you been on imuran for your RA before? I just started it I am on day 3 or 4 of it. Tonight I feel bad. Like so weak and hurting pretty bad. That being said I have been like this anyway but tonight it feels worse. I was just wondering if maybe the medicine is just getting into my system

Edoxaban and Omega 3
I am considering going onto Edoxaban, as that is the drug our Drs have been told to prescribe as an anti coagulant. I am 68 and I have had 3 episodes of atrial fibrillation over the last 6 years. I am very nervous about taking it and have been thinking about it for a while now, I was going to wait and

Which fish have the best Vitamin D to Mercury Ratio?
About half of the world's population is deficient in Vitamin D, and fish and sun (without sunscreen) are the best natural sources. So if you don't get much sun, you might want to regularly eat fish because Vitamin D deficiencies have been correlated with at least one kind of cancer and with other health
