Supplement Suggestion

Please can some one suggest good supplements brands of VitD, Iron, Ferritin and Omega 3?

I use a vitamin D spray which I put on my tongue because it is easily absorbed. When my ferritin was low in the past, I took Spatone but I do agree with SlowDragon that your GP needs to prescribe you some. If you are having difficulties getting an appointment you could always take that in the meantime.
