Tired of premenstrual abdominal cramps going on and on
I take CoCodomol and
Nurofen
but try not to take them every day so I can save them for when I need to go out or do some activity. The doctor prescribed me some Pro-Juven (progesterone cream) though can't notice any big changes yet although it is early days. Anyone else experience similar?

What a week
Been living on
Nurofen
etc to control the pain and swelling. Even the MTX doesn't seem to make much difference at present. The toes on my right foot are getting quite mis-shapen and the ones on the left are going the same way.

Are migraines, stress and worry all brought on as a direct result of anxiety?
Other factors could be responsible but I wondered if there was any way of curing it without taking another pill like
Nurofen
or Hedex. It has been very hot over the past few days sometimes as high as 24 degrees and the effects of reduced water intake are similar I think.

Some thoughts
Thank God for
Nurofen
- couldn't manage without it. Seeing Consultant next week so will let him know things not been too good recently. Did read somewhere that you can have a plastic replacement joint for your thumb.

I've got a cold just before my Race for Life 5x50 finale - boo hoo.
Would it be a good idea to take tablets the day of the race or not, and if so is paracetamol or
nurofen
better? Sounds like other people are storming to the 5x50 finish line.

The WORST illness I've EVER endured!!!
I was just diagnosed with Viral Meningitis approximately 2 weeks ago. :( After 1 day from returning from a short vacation trip, I began to have a piercing headache that just didn't seem to want to go away. So I went back to work for 1 day and took lots of IB Profen & Excedrin all day, but it just wasn't

Sick of this bloody headache. Although a headache is so frequent, it's like an old friend, it really is tirseome. I'm not actually sure I can recall what it feels like to have a totally 100% clear head, pain free with clarity of thought akin to a big clear full of clarity thing. Does anyone else

Headaches - is it side effect of Levothyroxine or part of hypothyroidism?
I don't particularly want to live on
nurofen
every day.

Medication and Kidneys
have to have routine blood tests to check my thryroid levels and it was one of these tests that showed that all the tablets I have taken over the years have damaged my kidneys to such an extent that the Doctor will no longer give me any tablets other than telling me to go to the chemist and buy some

Doggy News and other bits
I used cold packs and heat and today have taken two lots of paracetemol (have run out of
Nurofen
) which helped. I even managed to wash and colour my hair this morning when the hand had eased up a bit. Private visit to Sandringham House last Friday by kind permission of HM, followed by drinks.
