Finally admitted the bad, ugly, sad path to realizing I messed up and needed help....
So new here. My story is complicated, messy and emotional... I was hurt at work in early 2015, I ended up working thru pain after physio was discontinued by workers compensation as I supposedly should have healed🤨. I had migraines, couldn’t bear lights, was dizzy, ears were ringing and so on. Aug of

Very intermittent and very short afib, then sinus rhythm
8 years ago I had an ablation for a-flutter. In last 6 months, have had pafib, usually about once every 2nd or 3rd week. Each episode last about an hour, then returns to normal sinus rhythm. Does this sound familiar, and does it get worse? Am on xeralto 20mg. This is very intermittent and very brief

MELATONIN FOR COVID-19 / Part 1
One possible problem for moderate to severe Covid-19 patients is the potential for significant damage to the lungs and possibly other organs like the liver based on what is being seen in patients. At this point, treatment options to try and prevent, repair or ameliorate this damage is very limited and

Anyone trying naturally this month?
Hi I am trying naturally this month and I am 9dpo today. This 2ww seems not as bad as an ivf cycle - maybe because we are in an extraordinary situation with lockdown and Easter weekend etc. It may also be because we are not paying tens of thousands of pounds for a private ivf cycle. However I am almost

Pain management
Hiya 😊 I was diagnosed with endo in February after three years of appointments, and was wondering if anyone had any advice for pain management? Painkillers don’t really do much for the pain as I’m sure you’ll all have experienced, and I’m looking for more effective alternatives. Has CBD oil or TENS

Apixaban and amitryptiline
I have been on Apixaban for five months with no issues. Over the years I have had two spinal operations, one lumbar and one cervical. This has left my thoracic spine apparently compensating and giving me problems now and then. Last year a pain clinic doctor told me to take amitryptiline on an 'as needs

April 2 RF Ablation set
Hi All, I am going in for an RF ablation on April 2, I was offer April 1 but passed. I am unsure about having it and I passed on having this done in October of last year as I had only had two known episodes of afib that required conversion prior. I went back into afib on 1-4-2020 and have been in it

Struggling to Get Diagnosed - GCA
She recommended that I do a
nerve
block
, which I declined. I went back to my new rheum for follow up after seeing the neuro. He said he could still send me for a temporal biopsy but it's highly likely to be negative at this point since I've been on steroids for so long.

Consolidation W2 R3 - Beautiful Day, Beautiful Run
One of the nicest runs since starting and graduating C25K, and despite the unusual, unprecedented circumstances we are in right now. A truly glorious morning, so quiet too. Living quite near to the coast, I don't usually head towards it on my run on days like today, but inwards, around the village,
