How does everyone manage pain and mobility issues??

I take regular pain relief medication such as gabapentin, amatryptaline and duloxetine aswell as physiotherapy and a mini tens machine I wear through the day

Hi I only take co-codamol I used to be on gabapentin but it didn't help me at all then I tried pregabalin and then I had reaction to them so I came of them
