Left arm pain and burning sensation
I have hypermobility spectrum disorder and Posts. I have always had problems with left shoulder. However, now my arm has become painful with a burning sensation. Dr has prescribed naproxen but after taking it for a week there is no improvement. Just wondered if anyone else has suffered similar symptoms

CERVICAL DYSTONIA, DYSPHAGIA AND OSTEOARTHRITIS
Is anyone else coping with these? Had horrendous pain on left side of neck for the last week from ear down front muscle. I couldn't even sit up. Terrible headaches, no energy and fatigue. At the same time my neck started snapping and clicking. Also Dysphagia has got worse. X-rays last year showed

Medication timings?
I am on 15 mg prednisolone, ramipril, Omeprazole, and today have started azathioprine. All these are to be taken in the morning with food, apart from the azathioprine which I am also to take with my evening meal. Is it OK to take them in one batch in the morning? Thanks in advance

Tips for pain relief with endo - let down by consultant and having to go it alone.
I have been suffering for months with my endo and had an urgent 2 week referral to investigate a complex cyst as a result of having an ultrasound due to the awful pelvic pain I was experiencing (the pain is similar to the pain I had 16months ago where they removed 2 large cysts and a fallopian tube).

Omeprazole and hypo symptoms
Hi, I just wanted to ask for some advice as recently (over last 10 months) I’ve been experiencing real discomfort in my stomach and was prescribed omeprazole. This seems to really help but recently it’s got a lot worse if I forget to take it. I ended up going for an endoscopy and they diagnosed Oesophagitis

Osteoarthritis in hands & knee
Hi everyone I'm new here and have been reading some of your stories with great interest. I have been recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in hands and knee, Fibromyalgia and Carpel Tunnel and have also suffering from clinical depression for 6 years. It all started in my knee about 12 months ago, swelling

Anyone who cured GERD by going low carb, then was able to go back on carbs without the reflux starting again?
So I've had chronic acid reflux for three months now. 24/7, with nights being much more severe than days, but I have it also in the mornings. This started completely out of the blue, from feeling fine to suddenly having this. I speculate it have to do with being on Omeprazole for two weeks (for digestive

New to fatty liver with tons of questions
Hello, I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver disease. It took a while to figure out what was the cause but basically I've had intermittent very light pain on my right side for almost 10 years (31yrs old now) and it always seemed around holidays or when on vacation but always went away. I never thought

Proton Pump Inhibitors
I note from posts that many of us are given stomach medications ostensibly to “ to protect the stomach”. In fact these PPI’s, omeprazole, lansoprazole, etc. act on the liver to reduce the amount of acid produced. In my case they induced fundic polyps to form on the stomach lining and I had to discontinue

Hi. I’ve had RSL most of my life, (family trend). Six years ago I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in my spine and pelvis. Apart from the anti-cancer treatment I was put on strong opioid medicine for the pain. For nearly 3 years I had no RLS. It was wonderful! But over the past few years it

Zapain wipe me out completely, perfect at bed time but would normal paracetamol be ok during the day? I’m trying hard to not take diclofenac or naproxen because of side effects. Already tired because of under active thyroid 😩
