Where is the best place to buy K2 mk 7
Hello everyone - hope you are all as well as can be expected considering we all have health issues. I see a lot of people suggest taking vitamin K2 Mk 7 to aid with calcium. I've been looking on-line at several places selling it and am getting more and more confused in the process. Can anyone please

Has anyone noticed a jump in Lymphocyte # or increase in symptoms while on Omeprazole for heart burn? Also, did anyone have heart burn leading to diagnosis, problems swallowing, or odd arrhythmia type sensations in their chest? I was diagnosed summer 2021. I went to the doctor because I thought I

Acid reflux/ indigestion update
Two months ago I asked you all for advice on this problem. Thank you again for all the helpful replies. Happy to report (touch wood) that while not 100% gone, I am feeling much more sanguine. No more chocolate later than after lunch, and then only a little high grade dark choc. Only one caffeinated

Want to come off Amitriptyline - Help!
I have been on amitriptyline for 10+ years now. I am 31. I have always struggled with severe migraines growing up so at 20 they put me on amitriptyline - 2 x tablets a night. Straight away, worked wonders. I started putting on a lot of weight and very quickly, but the doctors advised that it wasn't

Alcohol and joint pain
Hello everyone! I had a few shandies last night and my joints HURT today. I'm a 33 year old female, otherwise in reasonable health, and I guess I'm a weekend binge drinker (horrible term but there we go!) How do you guys find alcohol affects you? Has it changed over time? I'm currently on prednisolone

Biologics & insect bites
Hi all! I haven't posted for quite a while, which is always a good sign, isn't it? I've been on Adalimumab for nearly 6 months now, and it is working a treat. Got my prednisolone down to under 2mg per day (very slowly reducing), and don't seem to need Naproxen either. Plus I'm back at work at last. Hooray

PMRPro was right as always. Im still having difficulty walking but have exercises to do and after speaking to Rheumatologist

Piriformis 😩
I've avoided writing this post for a few weeks because I just want to get better and get out there, but I'm starting to lose any sense perspective. I came home from a week away keen to start training for the Bristol half marathon. In an effort to improve my time, I started a Garmin strength programme

Prednisolone/Vitamin D3 timing
I’ve been suffering symptoms of PMR since June 2020 and started treatment in October 2020. Started on 15mg Pred and now down to 11mg - reducing by 1mg every 6 weeks. So far so good! Following original advice from GP I take all medication at 8am with breakfast - this includes Pred, Vitamin D3, Omeprazole
