Two months ago I asked you all for advice on this problem. Thank you again for all the helpful replies.
Happy to report (touch wood) that while not 100% gone, I am feeling much more sanguine. No more chocolate later than after lunch, and then only a little high grade dark choc. Only one caffeinated drink a day, also no later than lunch time. Try to eat more slowly and chew more (difficult after a lifetime of bolting my food).I haven't needed Omeprazole for a month now (fingers crossed again). Alcohol still on the menu tho not every day! I think chocolate abstinence is the clincher.
Sunny morning today - 0h good. Best wishes to all.

Well that’s a result! And by simple measures too that don’t come out of a bottle in higher doses. Bolting food really gives the digestion a hard time. I chew my food to a paste and it drives my family mad. The courtesy of not leaving the table until everyone is finished went out the window years ago in my house.
That is good news. I am just in the process of trying to rid myself of Lansoprazole now. (I am also a lifetime fast eater. It is very hard to slow down and chew.)

Suffer from Acid Reflux (Heartburn)
Juice of one unwaxed lemon, divided into three, add to glass of water three times a day – acid reflux gone. If you put the lemon in the microwave for 1 minute – twice as much juice.
