Pain medication
I'm taking Duloxetine 120mg as struggling with depression. Was on Ibuprofen for pain but didn't think it worked until I started Naproxen. It's now like I may as well be taking nothing. The pain is worse, everywhere plus I am so exhausted I struggle to move. I eventually get out of bed when I need

In april last year I had a sudden dull pain in my middle joint of index finger, after giving it a massage for a few minutes I noticed it was swelling rapidly, the pain stopped the same night but in the morning I woke up with a swollen finger. My dr.thought it was some kind of an infection so she

ANA Positive 1:80 Nucleolar pattern 2013 and ongoing pain. The last 5 weeks I can barely walk.
I paid privately for another ANA test and awaiting the results which should be with me today. I have Hashimotos, B12 Deficiency with positive Gastric Parietal Cell Abs but no diagnosis of Pernicious Aneamia. For the past 8 years I’ve been back and forth to my GP with mainly pain in my lower joints,

I’m taking 150mcg Desogestrel daily so I don’t have a period (I had an abnormal bleed last week for 4 days, first

Hi everyone, new to the group
I have just joined this support group. I have stage 4 endometriosis which was diagnosed in 2010 through a laproscopy. Been trying to conceive for the past 13 years. Currently on naproxen to help manage my endo pains. I have read that endo pains worsen with age. Is that true? I was considering asking

What is the best diagnosis and management?
Hi everyone, hope you are all well. How effective are the different diagnosis tools for endo? I currently have a 'potential' diagnosis of endo based on symptom pattern and a pelvic ultrasound whereby the transvaginal scan showed reduced movement of the ovary on one side compared to the other. I would

Naproxen
Really sorry but it’s several years since I took Naproxen and can’t really remember whether it helped me. I’ve been through a variety of painkillers and nerve medication but have abandoned them all apart from Cocodamol which is for Spinal Stenosis rather than Polymyalgia. I’m curtently on 3mg of Prednisolone

Hi. PMRand GCA for 5 .5 years and just reducing from 1.25mgs to 1 mg over last 4 weeks. Coincidentally, coincides with another bout of hip bursditis! Had tried increased dose of Naproxen 250mgs taken for arthritis, to 500mgs, no help. Doctor- tried Amytriptalene 5mgs at night, initial help then came
