hospitals
I heard that hospitals can provide the best
mental
health
team for those that struggle. I read a teacher went into an ER and got help and has been with her
mental
health
team for years now! Can anyone recommend the best hospitals in Brooklyn that can provide such care?

Starting all over... Again...
I really need this habit to stick this time, as I really want to loose some weight and this is also good for my
mental
health
. So please keep all your fingers crossed for my run tomorrow 💪

Climbing TSH What should I expect to happen treatment wise
My exercise is how I look after my
mental
health
and keep it upbeat and healthy. Now that my exercise has all stopped as I haven’t the energy. Today I’ve just had the next set of blood results back. These were taken at 0830 and I had only drank a little water, to keep the results accurate.

How did I do?
All this was over thinking at its very best which was one of the reasons I wanted to start running - to give myself a flippin
mental
health
boost and break from this exact over thinking malarkey! Anyway, day one done. Had the fantastic Jo Wiley egging me on and feel ok.

C25K FINISHED, I am a runner! :)
Reflecting on it now I think the benefits to my
mental
health
have been as significant as those to my physical well being. I find myself now looking ahead and planning new adventures. Can I start thinking about a 10k, a half or a full marathon at my age? Of course I can!

nursing home dilemma
I have been really suffering with my
mental
health
over this. We have been married 44 years, I know he is not the same man I married now but I still love him dearly, I have been thinking of having him put into nursing home.

Lung club; lung disease runners?
The charity have really helped my
mental
health
during a very rough year post diagnosis and IF I can manage running (a big IF), that would be a goal event to join. im 34 so I like to push my limits but not be reckless. All training will be done carefully and safely.

Journaling failures and tips
But, I still know that it would be really helpful for my
mental
health
and life if I could be even just a tiny bit more systematic and deliberate.

Blood test confusion
I was put on the pill for years which did improve the symptoms but affected my
mental
health
significantly. Fast forward 17 years, and I’m 31, TTC and anxious that undiagnosed and untreated endo are preventing me from getting pregnant.

lost, confused, sad
Back in the days West Indian families didn’t believe in
mental
health
. As I grow older more people are seeking therapy. However, the older generation still find it hard to believe that anxiety and depression exist. When I think about my childhood it is all a blur. I remember bits and pieces.

I keep unwillingly hurt my fiance with my depression
My biggest fear is that my
mental
health
will ruin our relationship and I will lose the one I love most. I really cant bare the though thought of it. I've read and understand the notion that if shes ment to be with me she will love me through the bad parts as well.

Where do I begin?
I’m constantly being told there’s nothing wrong, that perhaps it’s my
mental
health
. It so isn’t. I haven’t been able to convince my GP for a referral to an Endo. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m also experiencing some eye issues, puffiness under my eyes and gritty like feeling.

I Feel Cheated
It would also not be an understatement to say that my life would be much better had I received
mental
health
treatment earlier in life, so much better. I feel robbed, cheated of the life I could've had. I know that I should be grateful for receiving
mental
health
at all, and I am.
