bad month
I’ve been trying to work on my
mental
health
for a while now and spent the last 4 years trying to find a medication that is right for me. I spent the last month with awful withdraws from one and negative responses to a new med at the same time. It’s been a month now and I started on Prozac.

Bisoprolol side effects
I've been on Bisoprolol for 6 weeks and my physical
health
seems to have worsened, along with my
mental
health
. Just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences while on it? 1. Very breathless, dizzy and unable to focus my vision clearly. 2. Anxiety.

Mental

conditions are a pre-existing condition for me so it is hard to find a plan. A mortrium will not work as there is no way I will go symptom free for any amount of time. I am considering Bupa so if anyone with experience with them could talk about them then that would be great!

Can I have local anaesthetic for Ingrown toenail cutting?
Hi, I have ingrown toenails on both big toes, they are both a bit infected and really sore. I am going to a private podiatrist tomorrow who said he will try and cut them, I asked about a local anaesthetic, and he said no, only for nail surgery. I read on an NHS run site that the procedure to correct

Cialis blues
Severe muscle cramps nighttime in my legs have recently been wrecking my sleep. After reading up, I discovered that pain in legs can be a side effect of tadalafil/ cialis. After quitting, the cramps rapidly receeded and after less than a week no longer appear. I had been taking 5 mg daily for 4-6 months

You're in good company: famous achievers throughout history have experienced anxiety and/or depression.
They're just three famous movers and shakers who achieved success despite poor
mental
health
. I've listed a few more below. There's been this feeling that anxiety and depression was a 'weakness' rather than a normal response to anxiety overload.

He’s plunged into a depression- he suffers with his

even before his cancer. Does anyone know anything about a ‘ rest ‘ period & why ? I’d be grateful. In himself he’s relatively ok & we focus on that & keeping him positive. Thanks to everyone xxxxx
