Researchers at King’s College London are recruiting participants for a remote study on online peer support.
They want to investigate what people think of the platform they have co-produced with people with lived experience, and how it compares to existing NHS “

Rule out a mental health condition
If the answer is no, then it means that any
mental
health
condition includes enough ADHD symptoms that justify evaluating the patient for ADHD, and that’s a strange corollary. It’s really interesting that there are no online articles that discuss this topic.

Broke my arm in June, put house on market (sale still going through), stepdaughters

health
reached very low point and just had surgery in unbroken arm. Went down from 7 to 6 the day before surgery. Day after surgery discovered I also had shingles. Such fun!

Affect of Alendronic acid if needing dental work?
This aspect bothers me as well as the implications of taking Alendronic acid. At age 81 after taking AA for about 18 months, I stopped it after I was prescribed HRT patches for another problem . Whilst HRT protects bones to a certain extent , I believe it doesn't increase bone density as does AA.

Upcoming appointments
I just told my boss that I'm having some
mental
health
issues and I need to see my therapist more often for a while. The appointment itself was interesting; he didn't seem all that concerned that I'm self-harming.

Can I have local anaesthetic for Ingrown toenail cutting?
Hi, I have ingrown toenails on both big toes, they are both a bit infected and really sore. I am going to a private podiatrist tomorrow who said he will try and cut them, I asked about a local anaesthetic, and he said no, only for nail surgery. I read on an NHS run site that the procedure to correct

Lisdexamfetamine and Sleep Question
So while normally I'd avoid any medication that effected my already compromised sleep, and therefore my vulnerable

I'm prepared to go through poorer sleep if there is a chance it will get better in the future.

isolation
I have just found this website in search of connections with others suffering from similar
mental
health
issues. I am extremely isolated, don’t have a car and generally feeling bad so am not associating with others most of the time.

Cialis blues
Severe muscle cramps nighttime in my legs have recently been wrecking my sleep. After reading up, I discovered that pain in legs can be a side effect of tadalafil/ cialis. After quitting, the cramps rapidly receeded and after less than a week no longer appear. I had been taking 5 mg daily for 4-6 months

we are all mad!
Among those women, nearly 50 per cent were told they had a “
mental
health
problem”.[/i] I was told I was depressed. I knew I was not. This was then changed to PTSD. Nope!

Am I wrong to be upset?
Hi, I have had issues with my
mental
health
for over 10 years now and I have experienced inhumane treatment and stigma from my family and the health care system over the years. Everyone just wants me to move past it, But I can't seem to. Somethings that happened to me.

Ped5i/Tadalafil etc as a benefit to SE of ADT?
Tadalafil , etc is prescribed for ED, BPH and PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension). It is pretty much agreed upon that Tadalafil increases insulin sensitivity thus improving lean body mass, particularly around the gut, improves Testosterone/estrogen relationship and is good for heart and vascular health
