Hi all,

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Karolinska Institutet Center for Neurodevelopmental Disorders (KIND) in Stockholm, Sweden.

We are currently conducting an international interview study that seeks to identify aspects relevant to resilience and positive life outcomes (e.g., regarding mental health, well-being, doing the things an individual wants to and needs to do) from the lived experience of neurodivergent individuals and those closest to them (i.e., caregivers and those involved in their daily life).

We are looking for:

1) People with neurodevelopmental conditions (like ADHD) and;

2) Families/caregivers of people with neurodevelopmental conditions

To participate in an interview.

Interviews can be one-on-one in a group (based on your preference), will be online, and will take about an hour. Interview questions focus on what you think about the concept of resilience and exploring individual (factors specific to a person and their ways of being), activity and participation (the things an individual engages in like education or hobbies), and environmental (e.g., physical, social, attitudinal, and societal) factors that are important to supporting neurodivergent individuals to thrive.

If you are interested in knowing more please contact me (melissa.black@ki.se) or complete this expression of interest survey: survey.ki.se/Survey/38430

*This study is being conducted by the Karolinska Institutet Center for Neurodevelopmental Disorders (KIND) in Sweden. This study has received Swedish Ethical Review approval and complies with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation.

Thanks!

Melissa
