The Inherent Trap in Human Pairbonding
Nowhere in any body's "
mental
health
vocabulary" is room enough for even the slightest possibility of living a happy and fulfilled life alone. The advice we allways get (and give) is "oh you'll find somebody" and then you do and then you are miserable.

Update on Medical Professionals and how to access dental treatment as housebound
Hello, further to my last post, my father in law has had a visit from the Parkinsons Nurse and he won't be revisiting until 3 months time. He has given us a contact email and told us to contact him if things change. My mother in law asked if he was going to get any better (this has been a constant

Take the positives!
My
mental
health
coach always says "stick to the plan, not the mood" so out I went and ran an even slower 5k!However, in the spirit of staying positive I am actually going out for a longer run each week in terms of time, so there is something to be said for it.

Sectioning experience so far.
I was sectioned last Sunday under the
mental
health
act section 2. Three medical people came to the house and with my wife we answered a lot of questions. The medics all agreed and a red form was filled in. It was all explained and I was very anxious.

What I had failed to grasp about caffeine all these years...
So then my light bulb moment of realisation that my relationship with caffeine needed to change and go permanently caffeine free so I can get the anti-oxidant and other
health
benefits with none of the really negative downsides to

health

I'm at a point in my life... after all the doings you do over the years with
mental
health
struggles, to be content in where I'm at in my moments. I don't have to figure out all the why's and what if's every minute of every day.

Back to 90 minutes on day 18 of #SiRunStreak24
😊That's why I run for my
mental
health
! 💪 Photos contains small versions of my run/walk streak photos... Less than 2 weeks to go! Next Saturday, I'll participate in the HU 10K, planning to run it in 90 minutes or less. 😎

Need advice please 😞
I came off the pill as I didn’t want the hormones as they affected my
mental
health
. Since coming off the pill I’ve had horrendous periods, severe pain throughout the month, heavy bleeding, irregular periods.

Happy to celebrate..
As I was a technology person, I came up with this idea to help other humans to improve
mental
health
condition on-demand. Coming from an immigrant minority background, my mission is to bring affordable, effective and accessible on-demand therapy for all.

Just sad
I'm very open about my
mental
health
with others, but I still don't feel supported. I'm always the one helping others- coworkers, friends, family. Everyone. But when I need help, the help isn't there. I had surgery last year, no one really cared. No cards. No flowers. No care packages.
