I have found that medication along with exercise, diet,
meditation
, etc. Is essential to helping with mental health. I'm happy to say that I'm doing well, and I hope to assist others if I can.

An intro of myself.
Pain Clinic not much good as they appear to have given up on me; last time I went, I was discharged and told to practice mindfulness
meditation
, which I already do anyway.

I'm Struggling
I have also tried various protocols of 'alternative therapies', I eat well (plant based), I try to look after myself with
meditation
, regular exercise etc. I also take about 20 supplements, which have evidence of killing cancer and/or strengthening bones.

I've even tried

Beautiful thick hair...gone!! Lost, myself! Who I was! Due to this drug!!!! And Dr. Who put me on it!
Exercise,
meditation
, yoga, aromatherapy, music, to relax, to sleep... hot tea, pure cherry juice before bed, is excellent sleep inducer. Not cheap. But worth it. Very healthy! Try melatonin vitamins. Definetly seeking lawsuit against "Gabepintin " drug, manufacturers!!!! Help!!!

It’s Been A While
I talked to my doctor about my anxiety and she’s recommended this
meditation
app, SimpleHabit, before trying anything else. Even though my anxiety is still with me almost all the time, it’s been toned down QUITE a bit ever since I dropped my friend.

I'm fit, I go to the gym, I do yoga and
meditation
and deep breathing, walk the dogs etc. On paper I'm on good form re BP etc and I had additional tests recently because of the Impetigo and the results were fine. I did teenage smoking between 16 and 21 but not at home.

Feeling anxious today
So I now got up, made myself some tea and am in bed drinking tea, listening to
meditation
music and on my phone, trying to unwind. Any tips on what I should do today? Thinking maybe go to the library and read a book, or go watch a movie or something. Need a day to pick myself up!

I have managed my Fibro & CFS using medication my last doctor & I worked closely together on, mastering what was right for me along with lifestyle, dietary &
meditation
/mindset. For a best part having it under control well enough to return to my well loved job full-time.

I've done
meditation
in the past which weirdly made me anxious about my health as I was aware of so much more sensation from my body than before. This has no such side effects. Just seems to unwind the elastic band. Great for sleeping too.
