Changing Room Chat...Week 3! I am so SORRY I am so LATE...but...
Yoga,
meditation
or just general relaxation. So important as we all know. * Listen to music. Music lovers experience, apparently, a lower heart rate and appear to use less effort and be able to work out longer!

Of course I considered the stress element, took up
meditation
, exercise, therapy all completely fine, relaxed and considered normal on the mental health side of things. The symptoms are still here.

Doing Nothing Works
I tried hypnotherapy,
meditation
, listening to soothing music and the sound of waves gently lapping the shores of a golden sun kissed sandy beach. I bought a bicycle and rode a stupid amount of miles every week. I swam huge distances.

Feeling Low Today
I've been following a sleep program on line which included a relaxation
meditation
, which helps me relax and sometimes fall asleep. Doing my best, but today I feel the old "I must not be trying hard enough or I'd have better results," stuff from childhood showing up.

The Importance of Mental Health in Men's Wellness
Practice self-care: Take time for yourself on a regular basis, whether it's through exercise,
meditation
, or other relaxation techniques. Seek help if you need it: If you're struggling with mental health issues, don't be afraid to seek help from a mental health professional.

I do
meditation
at night so I can fall asleep peacefully. But this don’t stop the torment. what happens to me during stage 1-2 of sleep is quite tormenting. If I am about to sleep, I’ll have incredible amount of bad thoughts. Yes, I know to just ride the waves.

Seeking support
I know
meditation
and exercise are critical factors, but I'm also very concerned that slow, steady progress won't come fast enough to get me out of this mountain of "work debt" I have accumulated. People who are managing their symptoms: What did you do, and how did you get there?

Kratom anti-depressant, anti-psychotic, anti-anxiety herb!
Practiced mindfulness
meditation
and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. That helped alot. Then I researched suppliments to take to help OCD. I found GABA and other nerotransmiter supplements and took those that helped as well.

I've tried everything from
meditation
, deep breathing, herbal supplements and sleep apps. Has anyone else experienced this? It's making me crazy. Appreciate any input or recommendations.

I do
meditation
( 3 rounds last night) breathing , stretching and having to add some Clomazepam left over from a previous prescription. Nothing works to get me back to sleep, even when I get up and walk around the house again, it makes no difference. At my wits end.

Cardioversion - preparation and aftercare - advice please!
I know cardioversion isn't considered a cure but would love any advice - like how quickly you started exercising a bit harder and if that helped or not, if
meditation
and relaxation helped, if you tried any complementary meds or supplements. Hope this all makes sense se! Thank you.

I’m hoping you remember my past posts I’ve been on a series of
meditation
trials - is what I’ll call them After my four ablations last one from the highly recognized Dr Natalie., I’m having thus strange spikes from being in NSR and HR in the 70’s.

What's more, I can't tell you how many times their so-called advice has sounded something like: "Have you tried
meditation
?" "Maybe go for a walk the next time you're having these bothersome thoughts." "Be sure you're eating healthy and keeping up a good sleep schedule!"
