WP Thyroid warning
So I recently bought WP Thyroid because it apparently only had two inactive ingredients: inulin and medium chain triglycerides. So I received it and took some today, and had a very bad allergic reaction. After reading the instructions it also has lactose monohydrate in it. It doesn’t state this on

Keto diet
Hi everyone. Just wondering if anyone has tried the keto diet and have you had any improvement with your ITP. Were you able to take the ketones supplements? I know with keto alot of people say use MCT oil but being that it is part coconut oil, it is a natural blood thinner.

Depressed?
I’ve taken chloricoquine for a year and a half now, 400 mg a day, when I was diagnosed with lupus,
MCTD
, sjogruens and several others. I have always been social and outgoing. Hearing my diagnosis I went through a grieving period but have now excepted my fate.

Sjogren's and Breast Cancer.
I have had Sjogrens and/
MCTD
for some years. I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in December. As I was having Chemo I had to stop taking Mycophenolate which was fine.

Coping without caffeine!
I've always been one for coffee and diet colas, but it wasn't until I was starting to get symptoms for my
MCTD
I'd use them as a coping tool for the fatigue. Turns out I was having roughly 6 cups of coffee worth of caffeine a day!

Any success with the Keto Diet for IBS?
In a bid to lose some weight and battle the bloating feeling I've been getting on a daily basis, I thought I'd give the Keto Diet a go. I have previously completed the FODMAP elimination and reintroduction diet under the direction of a clinical dietician, so have identified my main trigger foods as being

MCT oil seems to be helping with 'permanent' brain damage, from B12 deficiency? ..been one week.
Took coconut oil as well, but decided to try this, and it appears to be working better?

RLS Help, no drugs
When I first developed RLS 10 years ago I got rid of it by limiting saturate fat in my diet and completely cutting out gluten. Gluten was the big trouble-maker (I made repeated attempts to check this out, it all confirmed it). However, I developed it again in a big way when I cut dairy out of my diet

Paradoxical reaction to prednisolone? Help!
I was diagnosed with
MCTD
2 years ago and began on 20mg prednisolone (and hydroxychloroquine). After several months, I began to taper down to 12 mg, and at this point, began to experience severe daily episodes of shaking, nausea, flushing and sweating. I quickly became very fatigued.
