been to see surgeon today who showed me an xray which even i could tell wasn't as bad as the time before and a proper diagnosis of my biopsy of ild,NSIP pattern mctd can anybody shed some light iv educated myself a bit but its hard to take in the drs don't really tell me anything and that's makes me ??why personally id rather no ,is it true you can go into a remission like stage can anyone tell me /advice me how it is thankyou .

Hi Dion, yes there can be spontaneous remission, I do not know enough about your condition (yet) to shed any light but I have found this, quite a large document:
