Sorry xiao , I don’t know but i hope someone else can provide information for you , best wishes 🌺
Hello Xiao.
For what it’s worth, here is one angle on your question: i have early onset so-called secondary sjogrens and my aorta branched are monitored because dilated ascending & abdominal aorta & aortic aneurysms run in my family due to hEDS (Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Symdrome).
Have you been examined for hypermobility? You probably know that hypermobility of all types is classed as connective tissue disorder. This link explains how dilated aorta developing into aneurysm can be related to certain types of hypermobility:

I know several people diagnosed with hEDS and, like me, all of them are also diagnosed with overlapping immune dysfunction illnesses (lupus, sjogrens etc)
I’m glad you posted and am looking forward to following your discussion

Hi coco, thank you sooo much for shared your valued information and the link which opening my mind and they are very important to me.
What is hypermobility? What sort doctor do I need to visit to do examination and find my problem & monitor ? (GP or heart specialist )
I was panic and anxious due to haven't done digestive system check then the cardiac problem come up, it's seemed won't have the time to rest😪
All the best for you and your family.
Xiao
You’re v welcome. Do remember, though, that there are other reasons for dilated aortas eg arteriosclerosis. so, if i suddenly discovered my aorta was dilated, i’d see a GP & rheumatologist first for their advice re the best course of action, if any. A dliated aorta is not an aortic aneurysm, but even so i’d check in with these medcs promptly. And ask them to refer me to cardiology if appropriate. Your rheumatologist should be familiar with hypermobility or know another rheumatologist who is. Here is a link to official UK hypermobility info:

Hi Coco, thanks for your advice and the link you sent to me. My GP seen my heart Echocardiacgraphy then ask me to enquire my rheumatologist but I just visited him last Wednesday. I would like to ring him tomorrow if he reckon I can visit him again soon. I guess he will say that it's slightly diliated (38 mm ) just monitor it. (He often say thing like this)
Anyway I'v got to try.
I know my total cholesterol was high about 4.5 mml, HDL 2.2 LDL 1.7 yes maybe due to my cholesterol was high. I should try to manage it.
I am gratful to you for all your information and you reminded me about arteriosclerosis.
Wish you have a nice Sunday
Xiao
