Wheel of anxiety
As in sure most people here understand, it gets harder when you Have, or having other issues... I go thru bouts of weeks or months of sinus infections, sinusitis, which causes headache, dizziness, ECT... wich of course the anxiety turns into countless other issues,... the only thing that helps with

hemp seed oil
Ive been interested in trying hemp seed oil as a substitute for fish oil as I read so much about contamination of the fish oil capsule process. My question is does anyone take this and does it interact with Warfarin or any other meds

My 6 year old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety and SPD in October 2018. We have been trying high quantities of Omega 3 fish oils and magnesium for a few months. Her anxiety has definitely lessened, as have her rages and SPD sensitivities. However, she is still pretty hyperactive, easily distracted

Not sleeping well anymore.
I know that not sleeping well goes along with the PD however , for my first 5 years I have been so fortunate to have no issues with that at all. I just thought maybe all my exercise helped it and working ect . I am tired and ready to sleep. So... for the past week I have been plagued with not sleeping

Isolated
Since moving to the hills, 30 minutes from nearest town I've been isolating, listening to a lot of Joyce Meyer's ministry's, stalking my cheating husband through online hacking. I've alienated myself from everyone. My so called friends werent friends at all, and know I have nobody. I spend up to 8-11

Should I do a 6th IVF?
Hi I think IVF caused my stress and health anxiety it like opened a Pandora box of so much worry 😢 It has been 4 years since we have done an IVf as my last one almost gave me a nervous breakdown. My husband has been suggesting that we do one last one and it may be the one? And we have tried our best

Sinemet now unavailable in New Zealand
Sinemet is out of stock here in NZ and pharmacies say it might be quite a long time before its back. The new substitute called Kinson which they say is the same but I think the product that disperses the levodopa ect is not good.It does not help me the same and I get headaches and feel down on it.

Hashimotos??? Or am I just a crazy lady?
Hi, I have been tested TPO 75IUml, my test results say - consistent with autoimmune hypothyroidism, raised antibody, suggestive of autoimmune thyroid disease. My TSH was 6.8 and 14.6 in November. I ended up in A&E today with heavy chest and shallow breathing. The psychiatric nurse diagnosed depression

2 weeks post loading doses update
Hi all, I wanted to write an update. There are a lot of horror stories online but I wanted to share some positives. Something to note is that although I am slightly anemic, my B12 deficiency was caused by long term metformin use. My symptoms were intense and mostly neurological, wide spread numbness
