2 weeks post loading doses update
Hi all, I wanted to write an update. There are a lot of horror stories online but I wanted to share some positives. Something to note is that although I am slightly anemic, my B12 deficiency was caused by long term metformin use. My symptoms were intense and mostly neurological, wide spread numbness

WP Thyroid warning
So I recently bought WP Thyroid because it apparently only had two inactive ingredients: inulin and medium chain triglycerides. So I received it and took some today, and had a very bad allergic reaction. After reading the instructions it also has lactose monohydrate in it. It doesnāt state this on

Does the Vitality anxiety jewelry work?
I had an ad pop up on this jewelry called vitality which specializes in jewelry that eased anxiety. Some was stones which Had calming powers and others were beads that absorbed essential oils. It sounds perfect to me. A discrete way to cope with anxiety? But Iām also wondering if itās a scam. Has anyone

Help with supplements/dosing please?
Hello (I am currently on 25mcg a day of levo. I definitely feel underactive, having particular problems with inflamed gums that I have posted separately about. I also have Grave's disease (in remission)). Had blood test in December to check my vitamin levels, would welcome thoughts on changes to supplementation

Overpowing Ankolysing Spondylitis
For anyone wishing to hear about a success in overcoming ankolising spondilitis this video may be worth watching. Perhaps you might be inspired to try a similar approach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1tIjeID6mc An interesting point that I picked out was that her recovery was helped by removing fish

Two Years Into Osteoarthritis
I started walking to relieve some of my āmultiple siteā osteoarthritis. Its Winter here in Wisconsin, so getting out there is hit and miss, depending on the road conditions. My docs at the VA wont prescribe anything for this condition except Ibuprofen. Ive read that ibuprofen breaks down the cartilage

CBD OIL Medium Strength
Reporting back after 1month on the oil as promised for pain relief. I started week one with two drops twice daily, and increased it weekly by one drop. have to say in my opinion, I donāt think itās made any difference. Iāve still had to take my normal amount of pain relief. Maybe a higher strength or

What Is Black Pepper Good For?
From the Piperaceae family, the black pepper plant is a trailing, woody vine that grows in tropical climates. After three to four years, it bears tiny white blossoms that become berries known as peppercorns. To make black peppercorns, the berries are picked before full maturity and turn dark when dried
