Has anyone diagnosed with PID ever used castor oil packs to help break down scar tissue and adhesions and keep them from returning?

Hi,

I consume serrapeptase and sometimes massage my abdomen with castor oil pack

I’m Not diagnosed with PID officially

Hiya,

I’m using 120,000spu doctor’s best on empty stomach every morning..

Castor oil packs, rub on my tummy and put hot water bottle on top for about one hour.. it can relieve pain

Serrapeptase- I can’t feel the different yet because i just started taking them seriously

thank you for the reply please keep me posted I am currently using hop and valerian root for nerve pain and it dose help sometimes I have to add a extra strength Tylenol but am not able or willing to take any other drugs again thank you and please keep me in the loop my next step will probley be accupuncter
