Ideas for staying asleep (not falling asleep)?
My 7 yo son falls asleep the instant his head hits the pillow, but he gets up several times each night. He takes care of himself at night (uses the potty and back to bed), but it really disrupts his sleep and leaves him always exhausted. This has been going on for years. We recently started epsom

Castor oil packs anyone?
Hi - I'm curious to know who uses castor oil packs on here (castor oil smeared over pelvic area, covered in 2 small sheets of white towelling, hot water bottle on top), or who has tried them in the past. For those who use them - how often do you use them, and how long for at a time? Do you find them

How do I get them to take me seriously?
Firstly, I should mention that my asthma isn't severe, it's a moderate pain in the butt at the worst of times, but i've always managed: my issue at the moment is my family, I recently moved back in with my family after they decided they wanted to relocate. (They asked me to come for financial backup.
