Ive been interested in trying hemp seed oil as a substitute for fish oil as I read so much about contamination of the fish oil capsule process.
My question is does anyone take this and does it interact with Warfarin or any other meds

I have been taking this for about 4 months having swopped to it from fish oil. So far I cannot determine whether it has any effect whatsoever. I also take bisoprolol and Pradaxa. I bought it off Amazon who advertise a huge range.
I have been prescribed cannabis oil on the NHS in the last month and will post about it shortly.
Hi jennydog.....Interesting to hear that you hsve been prescribed cannabis oil on nhs . You must be in quite a bit of pain. I look forward to hear how it is working for you.

No pain at all - just spasticity. My left leg doesn't pick up.
I have tried this for a short time to see if it helped with a particularly bad episode of arthritis. It didn't. I am on Warfarin and self test so was able to keep a close watch on my readings as it can interact.
Hemp seed oil is a relative of cannabis and has no ability to make you feel high
Its available in New Zealand at health food shops and is meant to be better for you than fish oil
I tried CBD oil for arthritis pain but immediately went into AF so stopped taking it. I contacted the company who are unable to comment on medical issues but did suggest the CBD oil opens up the blood vessels which may have had some effect.
I have recently started adding Hemp seeds to soup and smoothies, and have found that it has lowered my heart rate from usual 70-75 bpm to 59 bpm, do I must think again as I am in permanent AF. Dee
