Confused by Rheumy appointment and everything else. Please advise? At my wits end 😓
I already do physio exercises,
massage
and back rolling. Nothing takes this God awful pain away. My memory is like a sieve too. I can't concentrate on anything and I'm constantly dizzy. I feel like I keep hitting up against walls and I am so low. I honestly don't know what to make of it all.

Visanne - breast discomfort?
Went to see a
massage
therapist and she said my lymph is blocked and it could be due to harmone changes due to this tablet. I am worried that this does not lead to something major. I have asked for a breast ultrasound to ensure everything is Ok. Has anyone had similar issues taking Visanne?

What to do about ulnar pain - C6 root damage?
- in which case should I get my husband to
massage
it or is ulnar nerve entrapment different? And should I be using a splint to prevent it worsening or is this going to have the opposite effect can anyone advise?

Calcified Ligaments / Joints
I do yoga,
massage
, rubbing with tennis balls, and use a percussion vibrator
massage
device. My doctor offered no suggestions. 3) Can this go away or ease up if an RA medication eventually starts working? If you suffer from joint and muscle pain, I do recommend the percussion vibrators.

Maya massage / trying for a baby - endometriosis
Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of maya
massage
and whether it has helped at all with endo symptoms or fertility. We're trying for a baby (very lucky to have one already) but struggling with endo and a tilted uterus. Any top tips greatly appreciated!!

Massage to loosen painful scar tissue
Seek out a
massage
therapist offering myofascial release or deep tissue
massage
which can breakup scar tissue anywhere in the body. My daughter used to perform this type of
massage
on post-op breast cancer patients to release painful scar tissue "tangles."

Burning chest pain that shoots down arms
I had an MS dr that said it was "Menopause" and to get a
massage
. The next MS dr said it was the after effect of the "MShug" and this is the cartiledge damage that I must live with--nothing can be done. Any one else have this pain--any advice? Please help.

Compression machine for Lymphoedema.
I'm also looking into having MLD
Massage
,but again this type of
massage
isn't available on the NHS either and is costly at £65 to £80 per hour per week. Does anyone else have this type of
massage
?? Is it any good and what can I expect???

Compression stockings are helping and the doctor is looking into specialized physio/
massage
therapy to see if it would be of benefit. I get excruciating throbbing pain deep in that leg at night from time to time that keeps me awake but I am otherwise back to good health.

A right royal pain in the bum
Realised there was nothing for it but to get off to the Osteo for a deep tissue
massage
, based on what I'd been reading. Had a half hour with the delightful Marion yesterday which was excruciatingly painful but something like ecstasy too.

A question for JohntPM.
Now that is really painful and needs my wife to help with
massage
to alleviate the discomfort. Previously when she was away I had cramp in my thigh and needed medical help but was unable to get out of bed to call for help.

5 weeks post LVA surgery on left arm
I did bandaging and no strong muscle use or
massage
for 4 weeks. I saw the arm when changing bandage daily but with the ridges and wrinkles it was hard to tell how it was changed.
