Hello everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of maya massage and whether it has helped at all with endo symptoms or fertility.

We're trying for a baby (very lucky to have one already) but struggling with endo and a tilted uterus. Any top tips greatly appreciated!!

Sorry, haven't heard of Maya massage. I had reflexology when TTC and found that to be great, although ended up needing IVF to conceive. Had IVF twice and had reflexology through both treatments and both were successful. Not saying that the reflexology was the reason it worked (it might have been, but I'll never know!), but I felt so helpless it gave me something to focus on, I felt I was doing something positive and it helped with managing stress and my mental health. If massage helps you in a similar way then it is definitely worth having it. All the very best. Xxx
