Fantastic self-management videos

The LSN are thrilled to be able to offer a fantastic new membership benefit. All LSN members now have access to 16 self management videos that cover a range of issues inlcuding information on skin care, simple lymphatic massage, and exercise created by lymphoedema experts. The videos are between 10 and 15 minutes long each and contain practical tips, expert and patient views and will really help you to manage your condition in a positive and proactive way. The LSN are very grateful to all those members who have donated funds to allow us to purchase access to these films that have been produced by Lymphoedema Network Wales with funding from Welsh government.
